Another Lamp Redo

I just love lamp makeovers!  They always turn out so great!  You may remember these from my Christmas decorating.  I found them at a thrift store for $8 each last summer.  I prepared them the same way that I did these then I gave them two coats of Valspar Classic Red Gloss.  I purchased new harps, finials and shades for them from A to Z.  Total cost for both lamps and all the supplies was around $35!

I think lamp makeovers are a bright idea!  ~  Barbara

Love your bright red lamps --- they would match my rooster kitchen perfectly! I'll have to keep my eyes open for good "makeover" lamps at the thrift store!

I love the red! Talk about giving new life to something! Now that I think about it I have a lamp in the attic I think needs to come out!

What a terrific redo. Hmmmm...I'm thinking now of a pair of lamps at my house that could use a shot of yellow.

So glad that you decided to join Pin'Inspiration Thursday this week :-)

I saw this beautiful lamp at Freestyle Friday. I LOVE it. I am looking for a lamp to repurpose. I am doing a diary so to speak of my living room redo. I have yet to do the lamp. I will be back here for some help and some inspiration. Thanks. Come over to Suppers, Youngans, & Thangs, I would love to have you visit.

I'm so excited that I saw this because, first of all, it looks awesome. And second, I just found two large brass lamps at my local thrift store for a steal today, and you have inspired me! :)
